Returns and Exchange Policy

  • 30-Day Return/Exchange Policy: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

To Start a Return:
Contact us at hello@farmherhands.com to arrange your return. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@farmherhands.com so we can make it right.

Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Refunds/Returns with Credit Note
FarmHer Hands do not offer refunds on 'change of mind' products.  A credit note can be issued for your purchase, which can be used toward gloves or other FarmHer Hands products.  This must be used within a 12 month period.  

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Refunds do not include postage costs.
  • Please contact customer support within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return.
