Returns and Exchanges Policy

At FarmHer Hands, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand by the quality and fit of our UPF50+ Sun Protection Gloves. If you're not completely happy with your order, we’re committed to helping you find the perfect fit for your sun-smart farming needs.

Exchanges
If the size you ordered doesn't quite fit, we're here to help.

  • We offer size exchanges for unused items in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Click here to log into our account and create a return or contact our customer support team within 30 days of purchase at hello@farmherhands.com to arrange a seamless exchange.
  • Return shipping costs for exchanges due to change of mind or incorrect fit are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are at a rate of $11.  A return label will be issued once shipping is paid.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, we will initiate the exchange.
  • If you’ve received a faulty product, FarmHer Hands will cover return shipping costs.
  • We recommend keeping your tracking details, as FarmHer Hands is not responsible for lost returns in transit. If you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Please contact us first before sending your return.

Submit an Exchange

Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

Log in to your account:

  1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
  2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  4. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
  5. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  6. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  7. Click "Request return".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive your exchange item. 

Returns with Credit Note
FarmHer Hands also accepts returns and provides a credit note for your purchase, which can be used toward gloves or other FarmHer Hands products:

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • Refunds do not include postage costs.
  • Please contact customer support within 30 days of purchase to arrange a return.

Faulty Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement to ensure you receive a high-quality product that meets our standards.
