Exchanges for Different Sizes

If the size you ordered doesn't quite match your needs, we're here to help. FarmHer Hand is pleased to offer exchanges for a different size.

Simply contact our customer support team within 14 days of purchasing your FarmHer Hand gloves via farmherhands@gmail.com and we'll arrange a seamless exchange to ensure your gloves fit you just right.

Returns with Credit Note

We understand that sometimes, despite our best efforts, the fit may not be perfect. In such cases, we are happy to accept returns and provide you with a credit note for your purchase. This credit note can be used to select the ideal pair of gloves or any other FarmHer Hand products that suit your requirements. 

Please note that if a customer needs to return the postage costs will be their responsibility.

If a refund is processed, this will not include any postage costs.

Faulty Items

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement for the defective product, ensuring you receive a high-quality product that meets our standards.
